Oxygen-free crushing and pyrolysis: Under the protection of nitrogen, the lithium battery is crushed into sheet materials through a closed feeder, shredder, and crusher. The crushed materials are then sent to the oxygen-free pyrolysis furnace by a screw conveyor, where the electrolyte, separator paper, and binder are pyrolyzed. The pyrolysis gas is burned in a secondary combustion chamber, and the high-temperature gas is used to heat the pyrolysis furnace, achieving energy-saving purposes. This set of equipment can achieve oxygen-free crushing and pyrolysis, with an oxygen content of about 2% during production, and can handle cylindrical, prismatic, pouch, and blade live lithium batteries. Crushing and sorting: The pyrolyzed materials are sorted by a crusher, air separator, magnetic separator, color sorter, grinder, classifier, and copper-aluminum separator to separate the shell, positive and negative electrode powder, copper particles, and aluminum particles. All materials can reach a salable state without mixed materials. The lithium battery live crushing equipment developed by Haoyi Technology: 1.
